I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile so I was already embarrassed and feeling guilty. Then when i got there the hygenist was really rough, scraping and hurting me, no pain meds whatsoever. Left my gums EXTREMELY sore and bleeding. She even insulted me by suggesting that I get braces and then not believing me when i told her I had had braces before bc my teeth have gone crooked again since. I was mortified. As always, Dr. Adams and her team are the utmost professional and caring when it comes to fillings, cleanings, and other dental work. I'm super scared when it comes to dentists and having my teeth worked on, but when I met Dr. Adams, all those worries seemed to disappear. She takes her time to make sure you are comfortable and ready before taking on the task at hand. Can't recommend this dental team enough!
I had to switch dentists a few years back and ended up trying this place out. I only went in for a cleaning and ended up leaving with my gums bleeding in 4-6 different places. I would look elsewhere for a dentist based on my experience here.
Not impressed with initial phone call. Hours on answering machine message are not what is listed here. Will shop elsewhere.
