I took a ring to be repaired. The woman I left it with wrote on the receipt that the "head was bent" and told me I would get a call with an estimate. No one called. A week later I got a text telling me my ring was fixed and to pick it up. When I got there I was told by a man someone they sent the ring to said it can't be repaired and I was given the ring back.
