Wow. What a breathe of fresh air after a very difficult year and a half of going back and forth with a scam mechanic shop and car dealer down the road. My brother took my 2017 jeep grand cherokee to Adam's as a last resort and plea to restore my vehicle which had been sitting at a shop being very poorly worked on for over six months straight. Recently I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for some repairs. Made an appointment and dropped off promptly. Was told it would be ready the next day, end of day. On the second day no update, so I called myself and was given an estimate to approve. On the third day, I was informed the Technician broke a component while attempting repair and it would cost me an extra $500.
