Very professional and honest I called Lee company said my unit was to old to fix and said I was just going to throw parts at I'm the client you guys came over and did the job thanks for your work and honest response now I have heat and air with out spending 11000 dealers that Lee company told me what it would cost to fix it

I would like to highlight Jason from Adams plumbing and HVAC. We were having an issue in our rental involving the water heater and water pressure coming in from the city line. Jason arrived promptly and his professionalism was immediately apparent. First, he was respectful of the home and wore shoe coverings inside. Usually not a big deal, but he took the initiative. On Sunday morning (1/5/2025) when we awoke, we saw the heat on our heating and air unit had quite working. I called Adam’s about 8 am and left a message for the on call technician to call me back. Around 30 minutes later the tech called back and said he would be at mt house in approximately 30 minutes. The technician arrived at my house in the estimated time. I had no A/C for 2 days in the summer! Called and Adam came out later that same day. Problem resolved in an hour with part on hand. Perfect customer service/response/rates.
