My A/C went out during the heat wave so I called Adams and they came right out. Kyle was great and I’ve talked with Coy about new units. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

After seeing one of this company’s vans nearly force vehicles off the highway through reckless driving, I would seriously question trusting them to work at my home or business. A company’s employees and how they behave in public reflect directly on the business itself. If this is the level of care shown on the road, it raises concerns about their professionalism and responsibility overall. I hope management addresses this before someone gets hurt.
