THE HOA IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I really regret purchasing my first home here ! The hoa is pathetic ! They send 3 day notices about my children bicycles being outside WHILE THE CHILDREN ARE OUTSIDE PLAYING ON THE BICYCLES! I have a yard man who comes to my home bi weekly on his off week I get a 3 day notice about the yard IM NOT CUTTING THE YARD MYSELF !! We love our house the style of the home. But the community is not the best. Before we moved in it looked like it was going to be a beautiful community but over time seems to be running down. The HOA does not take care of it whatsoever… they fail to contact you back. You pay yearly $500-$600 for upkeep and they fail to do anything with it. We have had potholes constantly in the community roads that they refuse to fill PROPERLY.
