Very terrible service. The warranty people never answer you. They give you fake warranty and will use every excuse not to do anything. The builder caused major water leak and did not want to fix it. I called the warranty people multiple times as well as the superintendent in the Sunset community and they kept ignoring. I had other issues with my home in Pine Bluff community and they never came to fix it. I do not recommend those people.
Excellent people to do business with. We have bought 1 home and now we need to expand and are looking for a larger home built by Adam’s Homes.
