Be careful with the reviews you see here—Adams offers gift cards if you post one right after closing, when you’re still in the honeymoon phase. Take those with a grain of salt. We were really considering using this company until we did some research we looked at a brand new home so many flaws with terrible work when asking about the incentives they offer it’s up to a certain amount when it clearly states a certain amount what homes don’t come with a fridge but they will match up to 5k of what you put down to upgrade appliances there preferred lenders are crooks don’t waste your time with them especially with va loan! Recent purchase in Citrus Springs, near Dunnellon Florida. Had considered Lennar and D R Horton, but believe Adams Homes builds a better product, and is committed to resolving any post-sale issues. Also considered Pulte, but along with the two above, the "price per square foot" of an Adams Home seemed more reasonable. The fact that they are registered with the BBB speaks to their integrity. As a former Realtor in Arizona, Adams homes has my full endorsement.
