First of all, I wasn't offered a gift card for my review. I think the reason is because Adams Homes doesn't need to bribe anyone to get a good review. I am highly satisfied with my decision to buy from them. The houses are good quality and workmanship and they back their work with a warranty. They responded quickly to minor issues I had. They are par-excellent. Ms. Lane was so courteous and compassionate about her job and getting us ready to make our decision.
Be careful with the reviews you see here—Adams offers gift cards if you post one right after closing, when you’re still in the honeymoon phase. Take those with a grain of salt. This is my third brand-new home, and by far the worst and most disappointing experience I’ve had with a builder. Adams talks about “Win-Win,” but in reality, it’s win for them, loss for you. We were really considering using this company until we did some research we looked at a brand new home so many flaws with terrible work when asking about the incentives they offer it’s up to a certain amount when it clearly states a certain amount what homes don’t come with a fridge but they will match up to 5k of what you put down to upgrade appliances there preferred lenders are crooks don’t waste your time with them especially with va loan!
