Had a very unpleasant impression with a worker I believe by the name Ashley H Davis.
I have not bought an Adams home and not looking to buy one at this time BUT I would not hesitate to buy from Adam's vs a builder like DR Horton. I am living across from 2 developments currently being built. One by DR Horton and one by Adams. The quality of the work i am seeing from Adams vs DR is shocking. They both work quickly but I have noticed is Adams actually cares a little more. Their design is a little better for their townhomes. Absolutely terrible experience. My wife and I travelled to Pace FL from TN to meet with Debra Holifield at the Parkland Place model home. We were excited about the whole experience (picked a lot, chose our colors, etc.) and spent days calling lenders to get pre approval letters while drafting up a diagrams for extra lights/outlets/concrete etc. The day after sending them what I thought was our final step before signing a contract, I received a call from Debra informing me they were returning my $1000 earnest deposit check an... read more
