Port Charlotte crew was on point start to finish. Catia was pleasant and had great communication. Recomended lender Wells Fargo with Amir guiding us through the lending process. Cecil and Bob on the walkthrough through Dana Angeline handling the closing. Could not be happier! 5 stars to all !! The house inside and out is perfect after handling a small punch list. I am very happy with my Adams home.
Excellent home for the money
Our new house has some issues that the maintenance department will need to repair, or replace.
