Homes are nice as are neighbors, but they advertise a gated community and the gates are non operational. They have never worked in the year and a half I've lived here. They advertise walking trails that have rotting wood. Front sign was crashed into months ago, not fixed. Builder will not fix any of this, but will advertise it to potential buyers. I've enjoyed my new home, it has been a great community and the pool has been wonderful! My property has more space than I would have gotten if I bought in town and the sales experience was easy, I never felt pressured.
