RUNNN don't walk away from these people. They're extremely unprofessional, the lack of communication with them is unreal. After signing a contract with them in March to build a new home they've yet to start any work on it and we're now in August!! Becki Syverson was very communicative and helpful, and it was a pleasure working with her to close the deal.
Unresponsive, they don't wanna take care of a ROOF issue on an 8 months old home I purchased. Never ever recommending buying with them or at least this division.
