Over the past 5 years I have refrained from posting a review. I was hoping they would step up their game, but I hate to say it...Never build wit them! Their communication is the worst....if you have a warranty issue, you can expect them to respond to you about that issue after warranty is no longer available. If you have issues that happen with plumbing due to installation, you can expect them to not cover it and they will say it was "consequential" damage. Be aware if Adams Homes is building in your area. You can expect copious amounts of trash in your yard as they do not maintain and effective means of containment on the job sites. Expect flat tires as they do not clean up after the contractors that leave nails and other items I the roadway. Attempts to contact Adams Homes management will be met with stonewalling. Nobody in this organization wants to be held accountable much less be responsible for damages. Such a poor example.

RUNNN don't walk away from these people. They're extremely unprofessional, the lack of communication with them is unreal. After signing a contract with them in March to build a new home they've yet to start any work on it and we're now in August!! I've been reaching out to the permitting department almost every week to see if they've submitted an application for permits and haven't.
