Quality built and now that they're Gold Fortified very competitive. Family oriented focused more on Quality than profits
So far, very pleased with our Adams home built one year ago on an oversized lot in Marlin Place. We’ve only had 2 minor issues since we closed on 2/27/23; one of which was a defective smoke alarm and the other being the shower door bottom trim which popped out. Both issues were handled satisfactorily by the builder warranty department and we’ve had no complaints. We have the 2557 model and we love this home.
