I been living in my new Adams home for 2.5 years now and this house is definitely the worst home i ever lived in. My roof as a leak that is due to poor workmanship, the windows was not installed properly. The list goes on. When you call them to come out and check on a issue they give you a bs story on how they can't. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I wish everyday I could go back and never looked at a Adams home. If you do decide to buy make sure you get a good home inspection but even doing so a inspector can easily miss something. I... read more
Adams homes does not stand behind the craftsmanship of their homes. We brought house from Adams homes about three years ago and roof is leaking already. I called Adams homes and didn't get any help. I just got we can not do anything you have no warranty after one year. So do not buy a house from Adams Homes.
So far, very pleased with our new Adams home built one year ago on an oversized lot in Marlin Place. We’ve only had 2 minor issues since we closed on 2/27/23; one of which was a defective smoke alarm and the other being the shower door bottom trim which popped out. Both issues were handled satisfactorily by the builder warranty department and we’ve had no complaints. We have the 2557 model and we love this home.
