Cheap construction, outdated options, weird layout
Adam's Home!!! Builders???? Really? Or a joke? Do not buy your home here. Otherwise, you will have tons of issues. Look at my brand new home, 2024... I closed 3 months ago. Look at my roof!!! Do you think they care???? They don't even answer the phone. Terrible builder!!! I've never seen anything like that. Do not buy your home with them. Since I moved, I have had several issues . The irrigation system stopped working. They have no protection against storms, everything burns in your house. Every single thing stopped working ... read more
Love Adams homes. I have the 1970 and just love it. High class especially with the soft close cabinets. So many extras that other builders do not have. Built really well and wouldn’t have another builder.
We wanted a water view but a lake in my back yard. They won’t do anything about the grading until the water hasn’t receded for 48 hours. If you are looking for a home, I suggest you look elsewhere. Pick a reputable builder, lesson learned.
