Horrible customer service, terrible quality, and absolutely disregard the warranty because no one will return your calls. If you can not contact them, they don't have to address the issues. We have had problems with plumbing to the point of having our foundation dug up, to now having unsecured roof rafters that no one will address. Numerous calls and emails go unanswered. No to mention window sills that LITERALLY had one nail in them and held in place by caulking.
