The door is also completely closed. No wonder my daughter wakes up at the drop of a hat because everything can be heard with that 3 inch gap on the bottom of her unaligned door.

Terrible. There was no office at the address given in Port Charlotte. Nobody called me back after texting someone saying that he'd have someone reach out to me "shortly". The phone # on the website was disconnected.
