I bought a house in Harmony Central in St Cloud FL, the construction is of very poor quality and for them to fix it is a problem, they don't want to fix anything, the companies that work with them are of no use, neither the internet connection nor the AC, which is Del Air, I have had problems with the EC for more than 6 weeks and they still can't fix it, please don't buy Harmony Central, it's a headache, my neighbors have the same problem

Run. Away. Fast. I purchased a home and locked my price. Prior to closing they increased my contact by $30,000. Apparently, they do this a lot from what other neighbors have said. People have gotten their contacts cancelled over a lie only to find out that Adams sold their house for a much higher price. Also don’t let them lie to you about the CDD. Its paid for life and while there is a guard house after closing you will find out they won’t hire one. These people’s customer service is terrible. They ghost you for weeks and... read more

If I knew now what I would have experience with Adam's home, I would have never signed a contract. I signed for a new home in the Waterstone development in Ft. Pierce Fl in February 2021. They told me it would take about 7 months to build. It is now February of 2022 and still no house. There were months where nothing was done in the house at all not one contractor. This is not the first time that your construction employees break my grass and leave me without internet, they also left a live power cable on my ground, I am going to call the police to resolve this situation in court, you are irresponsible

My husband and I contracted in July 2020 with Adams Homes to build in North Port, Florida. In October, just three months later, my husband died suddenly. The permit wasn't even back yet. On my behalf, my sister immediately called and notified the only contact person I had at the time, the salesman. He said it wouldn't be a problem. My house is cracking bricks and mortar called Adam's warranty office. They just give you the run around. I would never purchase another Adam's home ever..

I have built and bought many homes and this is by far the worst experience ever. Believe every bad review you read. Don't do it
