Beautiful huge homes.
Good luck utilizing their one-year warranty, through the builder. Their office person, Lanie Jones, will give you their warranty phone number which is a "Google voice" number that no one answers. No one else has access to those voicemails except her, so she ignores them. If you call the office they will tell you that you have the wrong number and to call the warranty number.
