Called Adams Home Inspections to help with inspection for water intrusion, I could not locate source of intrusion. I was very pleased - as Russ was very helpful to locate & identify both source & cause, discussed several options for repair plan & cost estimates. Priced very reasonably, Russ was very professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. Adams Inspections is 5-star inspection and I will definitely call again when needed.
Great service. Russ came out on New Year's Day to inspect the home my wife Tatiana, and I are planning on buying. He did a very thorough job, and explained everything. He has some advanced technology to help him perform his work. We received our inspection report in less than a day, and it is very clear and easy to read.
