This is a great inspection company, my wife and I have used them now for the second time. They have caught things we did not expect and have been very thorough on both of the homes we have purchased. They caught a small leak in a shower in our most recent home that I’m sure would have gone unnoticed for a long while and those are the most dangerous ones. They are professional and prompt and if for some reason I ever buy another home they will be the company I call.
On time (early actually), professional, and extremely thorough. They used advanced tools, explained everything clearly, and delivered a full report with photos and videos within an hour. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend this home inspection company. We moved into our new house only about two weeks after the inspection, and we immediately discovered major plumbing problems that the inspector missed. We tried contacting them many times for help, and after several calls and emails, we ended up having to spend $2,900 out of pocket to fix the plumbing issues. Sugar coated inspection. Found so many things totally missed after closing the house. Including shower pan leak!! 6 in joice in a 8 in hanger! Laundry outlet didn’t work wasn’t even hooked up. Roof was said to be great condition it’s got a ton of hail damage. I would not recommend Adam’s. Sorry.
The only reason I am giving two stars is for the work that was done. It was satisfactory. That is all the good I will say about this company. A few years after having my inspection done, my insurance company reached out looking for information only found on my inspection. I reached out over a week ago via email, no response.
