Just had Randy inspect a house I'm purchasing. To preface this, I have the eye of the most annoying quality inspector you've ever met. I see everything. I was at the inspection, as was my agent, Janet Wehmeir who is excellent, if you're looking, and between the two of them I'd say everything I noticed was caught before I had time to bring it up. This is a great inspection company, my wife and I have used them now for the second time. They have caught things we did not expect and have been very thorough on both of the homes we have purchased. They caught a small leak in a shower in our most recent home that I’m sure would have gone unnoticed for a long while and those are the most dangerous ones. They are professional and prompt and if for some reason I ever buy another home they will be the company I call.
On time (early actually), professional, and extremely thorough. They used advanced tools, explained everything clearly, and delivered a full report with photos and videos within an hour. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend this home inspection company. We moved into our new house only about two weeks after the inspection, and we immediately discovered major plumbing problems that the inspector missed. We tried contacting them many times for help, and after several calls and emails, we ended up having to spend $2,900 out of pocket to fix the plumbing issues.
