Adams installed a split-system heat pump in our sun room. We got an oversized unit on their recommendation. Had a heating problem which they came right out and found nothing wrong. I supplemented with a space heater. Recently the unit stopped cooling. For over six weeks they promised to come out on certain days during a particular time frame and never called or showed up. We were chained to the house waiting for their call but nothing. Finally called another who found a small leak in a line connection. Seems to work for now.
Our AC broke the night before we were supposed to go to the hospital to have our 3rd baby so I called in the morning on the way to the hospital and they were able to come out that day and fix everything while I was giving birth so we got to go back home to a nice comfortable cool home with the new baby! Amazing customer service, and very fast and reliable, we will never call anyone else for any heating or AC issues in the future!
We’ve used Adam’s since we moved into our home and they have always been prompt and reliable. Thankful to have found HVAC professionals that we can depend on.

I have been waiting for over two months for my upstairs air to be fixed ,when they part came in I received the call then I kept calling for them to give me the round around oh we are backed up will come this day ok no problem only till I called today to be told the part was just ordered so I was lied to so disappointed for a company I believed in and waiting over two months now I called another company so dishearting to be told so many things then lied to if you don't have the part just say so instead of saying we will do ou... read more
