Slow, Surly and Sloppy – I hope this rating offers enough space for the details concerning the poor workmanship and snake oil business methods of this company. A few years ago our air stopped blowing cold air. Called Adams and a repair man came out and quoted me around $100 to replace the part. I agreed, he fixed it and then when it came time to pay he said it would be $195.00! I was shocked, but had no choice to pay because I had and infant and a one-year-old and it was too hot. I called the company the same day and they did nothing to resolve the issue.
Thank you Adams ! We decided to take advantage of manufacturer rebates and government tax credits to replace our 12 year old system that was problematic for several years. We looked at several highly rated companies and decided to use Adams for their professionalism and complete evaluation of our system and the area it served.
