I called because the fan wasn't working on my 95 year old mother's AC unit. Dillon was here within the hour. After troubleshooting the problem, he identified a bad capacitor and replaced it. Dillon and his helper were competent and polite, and the repair cost was much lower than I expected. I can't express enough how thankful I am for the prompt service. You guys are awesome.
We had an unfortunate accident with a weedeater and some a/c wires. We called at 8am next day.Dylan and Nathan came out about 1120am, were done by 1149am. They were awesome. Super efficient and polite. I highly recommend Adam's Heat and Air. Thank you all!!!!
Came home from vacation and the house was over 80 degrees. Put a call in and the next, a young man came out and found a small leak in the indoor coil. He put some freon in as a temp fix till he found a new coil. The next day, we had a new coil and the unit was up and running. Another issue popped up and two techs showed up and got us going. House has been 70 degrees since. From now on, they are one to call.
Jordan came within 30 mins of us calling when other shops wouldn’t even schedule us until after the holiday. He had a great attitude and worked past 5:00 to make sure we were taken care of! Very thankful and pleased!
They weren't the cheapest and now I know why. I have a brand spanking new Carrier AC that looks great and works even better! The guys who came out were all top notch and courteous. My favorite thing they did was encourage one another and celebrate the small victories along the way. I have an old house that needed extra work and these champions did it while cracking jokes and smiling all day. You can tell they like their jobs and it shows in the quality of work they do.
