I just want to start by saying the customer service is phenomenal! I needed to send a sympathy flower for a friend but I was located hours away. I didnt have much information to provide her (as in the name and funeral home) and she helped research! The representative was nice enough to suggest options and even suggested adding some additional flowers which were the perfect color!
