Bad service!!! poor sellers attention and our order took more time than they told us.

Let me just warn you this is a public service announcement. If they don’t have the furniture you want and you have to order walk away ! I order a 3 piece living room set a month ago and have not received as of yet also I paid my first payment go figure. I was told repeatedly oh this will only take 7-10 days very seldom 3 weeks but your furniture it’s a top seller so there shouldn’t be any problem just trying to get that sale right ?!??!!!?? I felt like we walked immediately to a "do you want to buy it or not" attitude that didn't improve in the least for the duration of our visit. We dealt with a gentleman briefly who seemed very kind, but that was as far as the pleasantries went. The lady seemed repeatedly annoyed that I couldn't give her multiple phone numbers (I have a very firm policy about not giving out anyone's numbers but my own), then seemed surprised by the fact that I wasn't willing to give out a family members phone number instead.
