I have made over the phone orders for years and every time I have always had great customer experience. I placed my order with Fawn and she was very kind and patient. The Flower arrangement they did for my Mother's Birthday was beautiful. I definitely recommend Adam's Flowers.

Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's day. Nothing was delivered. No contact from customer service.

My husband ordered me a $90 bouquet for Valentine’s Day and I was disappointed. He never orders me flowers so I was excited to get them at work. He gave them a 5 hour window (10am-3pm) to deliver. Well 2:30 comes around and I still do not have my flowers. I call very politely and ask and I am told that they do not promise they will be delivered in that time. We phoned on the morning of a visitation and Adams Florist not only delivered the flowers in time, but they were really beautiful. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
