We recently had our hardwood floors refinished and installed by this company, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Second time using Doug and his company, and once again—fantastic service. My floors are still in great shape three years later, even with a young child. They were able to come out quickly, were competitively priced, and extremely professional. The team was respectful of my home and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Super kind and nice to work with. I wish I hadn’t let them talk me into the more expensive water based finish because it is garbage. Less than two years later and we are looking bad in all the same places that I expressed concern about. The water based finish is so soft that we have nothing but regret about the decision. Edit: This was a big purchase for us and we expected it to last - so I thought it would be helpful for others deciding between water and oil based finishes for the long term.
Doug and his son (John) and assistant Sam are absolutely wonderful. They did an amazing job refinishing our bedroom floor. It was in very bad condition, and they made it look brand new. They were so professional, kind, and they are perfectionists. I highly recommend them for any job. You simply could not ask for a better experience. They worked very hard and also ensured they kept our home as clean as possible. They are great and they do an amazing job.
Doug and his family/team did an amazing job on our floors. We had a pleasant experience from the office staff to the installers and love our floors. Our current floors are Brazilian Cherry in some areas and we wanted to lay sand and finish hardwood in other areas that wasn’t BC.
