We went to Adam's flooring to get an estimate for our downstairs bathroom floor. Our problem was the toilet was leaking due to prior owner did their own repairs & did a bad job of it. I tried to have a plumbing company fix it however the problem got even bigger because to fix the toilet we had to figure out how to remove the grout around the toilet.
