Called twice concerning my bill and I spoke with some nasty individual. Ask me what i need but then gave me a certain date. At first this company was ok but lately the service has been poor. The customer service has been horrible. I then sent an email which i was direct to call and that when I got the same nasty lady. Then I paid my bill only to come home with no electricity. Adams Electric provides very poos customer services. May need to hire better people who dont have a problem doing their jobs.
Merciless and unhelpful. And they gouge, HARD!
