If I had a choice I would never use them but unfortunately we are right on the border where we have to. We just recently moved and have always used Med Ed and since we moved and have had to use Adams our costs have almost tripled. Their distribution fee is double the amount of our actual energy usage. We use $32 dollars a month on energy but our bill is $89 because of the distribution fees! 😡 If you have a choice use another company! ANOTHER negative is their hours. Updated: This was a 3 star review but I’m dropping them to 1 after repeated problems. After major storm we had no power for a week. They posted on Facebook every day about crews working late into the night but we saw them gathered at a local restaurant twice drinking beers and laughing it up with all the bucket trucks in the parking lot. That want just a break based on the amount of beers on the table. I've been a customer over 19 years I've only had one real outage where I needed my generator, so I personally feel this says a lot about this company. That being said, Adams Electric really need to come up with more answers to why there's intermittent outages besides squirrels and tree branches! This can be and is very frustrating to run a business from home having to wait for computer reboot each and every time this happens especially when in the middle of a conference.
