You couldn’t ask for a better experience than working with Phil. He is friendly, knowledgeable and straight guy forward in the process. We did plantation shutters on our bedroom and it made the entire room feel like it had a facelift. Added benefit of a much darker room at night while still allowing for a bright and sunny room during the day. In addition, the installation crew were quick and efficient and ensured they left the area very tidy.
Mr. Phil Adams was professional and courteous when helping me to make my wife happy. All I had to do was call him and give him the sizes for the blinds and he took care of the rest. I had to work the day he personally came to do the installation and I felt like he was going to really help us out. Very reasonable prices and super easy to deal with. It’s so nice to get treated like one of his friends. Thanks Phil!
My family and I just moved into a new home and decided to get shutters for all the windows. We callled Adams Custom Shutters & Blinds and they showed us samples of the different shutter sizes in our home. It was easy to pick out the 4" slats after seeing the sample placed on our window. This size maximized the outside view while giving us control over the amount of light entering the room. The installers did an excellent job.
