I've lived here for 2 years. This place has lots of crime surrounding it. Just last week someone got beat with a baseball bat in the parking lot. Furthermore, while we have been here several management changes have happened. And so many unfinished projects they have started in my house I currently have three holes in my wall/ceiling because maintenance never finished their work. 2 years of requesting a fire alarm never received it.

I am just so impressed with this property, The employees in the office are so friendly and down to earth yet also professional. We moved in on Feb 1, 2018 and have had a few minor problems with the apartment but they have fixed everything and they fix it quick! The maintenance guys are also great and like I said they work fast but do a great job. Horrible!! Charged $299 dep. With first months rent. After management advertised a $99 move in special.Then had to wait a week for it. Moved in on 10th. Lease ppr wrk. Has still not been fixed. Im just now (hopefully) getting a working stove!! No laundry card was givin. Fair housing my ***!!
