Dr. Christina does not know how to fill in teeth properly I've had a couple filled by her, and I'd have to go in and have them refilled by someone else. The last one she did was horrible and left me with an infection it cracked open less than 6 months after she filled it and almost killed me, because it became infected and I developed an abscess and a sinus infection. I'm not even going play about that. She is kind, but not doing something correctly leaves ppl in pain, without a tooth, infection, or worse.
Giving 1 star as 0 stars isn’t an option. The condescending way you will be talked to here behind closed doors is appalling. I mentioned I was nervous (as most people are at the dentist) which apparently was very offensive to the already repeatedly rude woman cleaning my teeth (not the actual orthodontist.) She literally asked me in a VERY rude tone “are you mentally challenged? No? Awful. They can’t schedule appointments right. They apparently have a rule where if you don’t confirm your appointment the day before, they cancel your appointment. Rude people all together. Two different Dental hygienist were rude at multiple appointments.
It seems to me that they can't keep a dentist in the office because of money situations that's terrible it shouldn't be called a health department and because services are to be free to people and doctors should be available for those people who need that free care. And now their not even open on Fridays anymore. I don't understand why Quincy's promoted to be this good place, but we have so many dentist offices in town that none of them want to take medical card and if you see them it's a ridiculously high price to pay for e... read more
