Was there today with my grandson and the receptionist attitude was down right rude. I had never met the girl before she had no right to be rude. I would never recommend acdc to anyone after today
Dr. Christina does not know how to fill in teeth properly I've had a couple filled by her, and I'd have to go in and have them refilled by someone else. The last one she did was horrible and left me with an infection it cracked open less than 6 months after she filled it and almost killed me, because it became infected and I developed an abscess and a sinus infection. I'm not even going play about that. She is kind, but not doing something correctly leaves ppl in pain, without a tooth, infection, or worse.
Giving 1 star as 0 stars isn’t an option. The condescending way you will be talked to here behind closed doors is appalling. I mentioned I was nervous (as most people are at the dentist) which apparently was very offensive to the already repeatedly rude woman cleaning my teeth (not the actual orthodontist.) She literally asked me in a VERY rude tone “are you mentally challenged? No? Awful. They can’t schedule appointments right. They apparently have a rule where if you don’t confirm your appointment the day before, they cancel your appointment. Rude people all together. Two different Dental hygienist were rude at multiple appointments.
