I had my car fixed at Adam’s Collision last year from a deer accident. I had to leave my car 3 times to have it fixed correctly because parts were not put on correctly. The owners daughter was rude and disrespectful to me in regards to it being done incorrectly. The owner jumped in and immediately had it corrected and fixed (after the third time) he apologized and was very sincere about it. This is now going to be the only place my family goes when they need auto body work. My mom is even going to drive up from Atlanta. They don't make you get your car there to "hold a place in line" - you bring the car when they are ready to work on it. Their pricing is more than fair. I used them first for a repair after someone hit one of our cars, the car was there for maybe 3 days total and the repair was perfect. Excellent experience. I worked Austin to make some repairs to my Honda Ridgeline. I received a detailed quote, agreed to the price, and had the car back within a week looking good as new. Throughout the process he kept me up to date, gave me options to make other small repairs "while it was in there" without any pressure, and was willing to accommodate my schedule for pickup. Great work, will use them again.
If you want your vehicle repaired correctly take it to Adams Collision. Corey Adams & the crew took care of my truck. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the customer service was awesome and the work was completed in a timely manner. You can't ask for more.
