great local lumber yard with very knowledgeable staff. leave the box store behind and get to a real lumber yard.
Had a last minute need for material on a job. Called 2 minutes before their closing and they took the order and would have it delivered first thing the next day.This is Great Customer service!
In my desire to find a local source of building materials, as opposed to Home Depot or Lowe's, both of who I like, but I prefer to support local businesses, I was referred to Adams. Stopped by to introduce myself and buy a single stick of 2x4. Exactly what you would expect, very friendly and helpful. I'll be buying my lumber and materials from Adams henceforth.
