Miguel was excellent to work with. We rent our place in Bronx, and the only shower had weak water pressure for a long time until it finally stopped working completely. The issue needed a real plumbing fix, not just a quick patch, and Miguel clearly explained that the shower valve and related parts should be replaced so we could have steady water flow and a fully working shower again. I called and Ernest answered right away, even... read more

I needed help disconnecting sensitive equipment that was connected to the plumbing under a bathroom sink before we moved the sink and cabinetry out. They arrived quickly, shut off the main water line, and carefully disconnected everything to avoid leaks or damage. Even though the job looked simple at first, it clearly took real plumbing skill and careful hands to remove the connections safely under the sink. I really appre... read more

miguel repaired an underground water line leak near my street shutoff valve in Bronx and was very professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. The issue turned out to be more than just a small hole in the pipe, but he handled the full plumbing repair efficiently and explained everything clearly while answering all of my questions. it can be stressful dealing with a hidden leak, especially when it affects the main line, but he went above and beyond the whole time and made the process smooth. i was very satisfied with the servi... read more
