ktbraz, it's funny to me that you would write a review like this as Ben Adams is the ONLY jewelry store I will go to in San Antonio...Brad bends over backwards to help me every time i have been in that store...we bought my wife's wedding set there and numerous other pieces...I'm sorry you had the experience you did (if indeed that is how it all went down), but to say my experience has been the complete opposite of yours would be an understatement.
Went into this store today browsing at their selection of fine overpriced jewelry. While looking at rings I asked if they could clean my engagement ring. I thought this is a store that deals in high end jewelry I'm sure they would know how to handle my engagement ring... Much to my surprise they didn't and over buffed my ring to where detail where pave set diamonds were buffed away and one prong was buffed so much that it caused damage to it.
