Once Sebastian Home & Basement Remodeling had the basement framed you could see what the room was going to be, and it changed how we used the rest of the house. They kept it simple where we asked and didn't try to add. Good result and the price was fair.
Sebastian did a good bit of work on our house, mostly the basement but they also touched up a bathroom while they were at it. The basement was the big one for us since it was just concrete and studs before. Now it is a proper space with a little wet bar area we added after talking through the layout with them. Started looking for someone to finish our basement and got a few quotes before landing on sebastian. There guy explained the whole process without making it sound complicated. Once we signed things started moving pretty quick. They framed it out, did the electric, drywall, flooring all of it. Checked in with us at each stage so we weren’t guessing . Used Sebastian for finishing our basement and the work is really well done. The framing, electrical, and drywall all passed inspection without any issues. Took about six weeks start to finish which felt reasonable. He’s responsive to question and explains thing in a way that makes sense.
