Used Sebastian for finishing our basement and the work is really well done. The framing, electrical, and drywall all passed inspection without any issues. Took about six weeks start to finish which felt reasonable. He’s responsive to question and explains thing in a way that makes sense.
Had a weird layout in the basement with a load bearing post right in the middle of where we wanted a sectional. Got a few quotes from contractors around Buffalo Grove and Sebastian was the only one who had a real plan for working around it . Built a column wrap and now it looks intentional
Our basement had been more or less unusable for years. There was a musty smell that never fully went away, the carpet had been pulled up after a flood two summers ago, and the walls had some staining near the floor.
