Tells me one price on the phone, I wait a whole week for them to take off the part while im stuck without a car, and then when I go to pick it up it's 3 times the price I was quoted on the phone. Not the first time it happened either. And the part was damaged as well.. do not waste your time here

I have been a customer of this establishment for quite some time and have observed a decline in service quality since the change in ownership. Previously, the ability to personally select parts was a valued aspect of the customer experience. However, recent requests have been met with unhelpful responses, despite my knowledge of the availability of the required items. I express my disappointment, as the previous owner, Ray, provided a significantly more satisfactory level of service.

Bad customer service when i called today (February 19 around 11am) looking for parts that i need. Person on the line make me hurry to decide and what i want because he need to answer another phone call.

They cheat on the price, lie about the availability of working spare parts, forget about the warranty, they won’t give you your money back!
