he appraised my condo and did a good job
Very quick. The appraiser was at my house on Tuesday and the bank had the appraisal on Wednesday. Really helped move the whole process along

I am not at my 2nd home very often, usually only weekends. Mr. Adamovich came and did the apppraisal on a Sunday just so it was convenient for me. My loan officer called on Tuesday to tell me they had the appraisal already and they were moving forward with my loan. Very quick, polite, and on time!!
Seemed to be very knowledgable about the area. He helped me understand and explained to me how an appaisal is done. On time and very polite. I will be requesting him again in the future when I need another appraisal!
I'm a mortgage broker and I've been using this appraisal company for over a year now and have had no complaints. Report is always delivered on time and with a lot of explanation so it flies through underwriting. Would definitely recommend!!
