My name is Anna Neset and they fixed my transmission and changed me less than the quote, they did a great job, then my daughter went in cause her car wouldn’t start, she got it over to them and turned out it was a super easy fix and she went in to pay and get her car and they charged her nothing, it’s hard to find honest car repair shop that’s also good, they are my new guys, unlike Kinsels in sandwich, they were the reason I needed a new transmission
I just went in this store to buy oil and went to ask an employee for help. While walking over with him, I asked him if he'd be able to show me where you pour it and a very loud and angry woman behind the counter yelled "NOPE WE DON'T DO THAT!" I told her I was asking him and she yelled "WELL I'M THE BOSS!" lmao. I would have accepted the answer "no" from him, she just had to speak for him because she's on a huge power trip. Rude unprofessional and disrespectful. Does not keep their word on what they promise to do.
I brought my car to get the air-conditioning fixed. It was not working on the driver's side or the rear of my Town and Country. The air was only blowing cold on the front passenger side. I was charged $651 and was told before they fixed the car that is what was wrong with the air-conditioning. I paid the $651. When I went to pick up my car I was told that the rear is not working still. The rear was blowing out hot air so the vehicle was still hot to drive in. Do NOT go here for anything unless you love to get ripped off and don’t care about your money. Took my car here only because it was suggested by Triple A. I’m now leaving after over a week and nothing getting done other than an outrageously priced quote. They wanted to charge me $400 for a $100 part (not including the labor for the fix), took a week just for a QUOTE, and tried to charge me over $200 for the “tests” that they ran but with no proof of said tests.
