Do not rent from these people. They don’t disclose property owners, which is supposed to be on your lease. Tracy is not current on any of her state-mandated real estate license work, and they are massively unpleasant. They will hide behind the lease as a catch-all for bad behavior. Tracy is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and will treat you with utter contempt the moment you have finished signing that lease.
