Mine was a couple of small repairs to each a gold bracelet and a pair of silver earrings. Everyone I met was very helpful and able to guide me through the options available. It was very appreciated! I was thrilled to be able to use these again.

Perhaps due to change in management, lack of transparency in business process which led to an up charge of an additional $175 for a ring resizing and a two week delay. I took my partner’s engagement in for a standard resizing which they quoted for. After three weeks, I receive a call that the stones were “discovered to be loosened” during the cleaning process.
