Attentive doctor who listens and asks questions. Not a showroom with a doctor in the back; the doctor is the person who greets and handles every step.
I am a new patient here and I appreciate how Dr.Zhao preps the appointment by sending the new patient forms prior to the appointment. It saved a lot of time. By the end of the appt, He could see I was a bit disappointed with the copay price and he accommodated as best he could. I really appreciate that a lot as most places wouldn’t do that. So I just wanted to extend my thank you and how grateful I am for that. it made me feel like the copay was worth it and it was.
