This doctor gaslit me in many ways and dismissed my mast cell activation syndrome as a one time allergy. When Ohsu referred me back to him for blood testing for tree nuts so I didn’t have to drive over the pass he called me directed day of and canceled my appointment. He is cold and limited in his scope. I had no success with any allergists in the Bend area. Go to Portland.
Why is this guy still employed?? Do you not listen to the patients and read reviews? I received a call from his office to get in the next day (it's September now, or you'll have to wait 3+ months) so I took it. Was asked to stop taking allergy meds that day and I 'should be fine'. "Dr". Adam came in, said we couldn't do any testing because I had not stopped the over the counter allergy med in time. Extremely disappointed with Dr Williams office and staff. Was given a script that is essentially 3 times the correct dose for my 7 year old. I brought the mistake to their attention and they showed zero accountability. I am a nurse and caught it as I was giving the meds to my child. Dr Williams walked in with attitude and ego that made objective discussion difficult. He barely touched my daughter and did an extremely poor examination.
