This is an excellent ancillary facility. As a previous operational excellence coach and consultant in the healthcare industry, I can attest to the professionalism and customer facing service. My wife and I have both used this facility and I could not be more complimentary.
Communicates well, only issue was the use of the bandage/ collagen powder was not adequately explained by staff. He was recommended by Dr. Brian Badman whom I trust implicitly. Results were beyond my best expectations. Anticipate returning to golf pain free.
Very impressed with Dr. Lyon and his staff. He took his time to explain things clearly and answered my questions thoroughly.
This whole visit, everyone was so very understanding and helpful, and I received the care, and plan for recovery of what I was looking for, compared from a concerning situation I had received from another health network.
