Dr. Bennett came across as judgmental and uninterested from the moment we arrived. Instead of taking time to understand why we were there, he immediately questioned my 15-year-old son about whether he was in pain—and when my son said no, Dr. Bennett bluntly asked why he even came. When I tried to explain the full reason for the visit—which included a spine scan and concerns about gait issues—he repeatedly cut me off.
