We are so excited to be moved into our wonderful Condo in a new city with the assistance of our great realtor Adam Vlaj with Coldwell Banker Realty. Just bought a Condo in the Third Ward of Milwaukee. This was my first time purchasing a home and I couldn't have done it without Adam. He was extremely helpful walking me through the process and answering any questions I had. I can also say he was very knowledgeable of the market and was extremely responsive to communication back and forth.
Adam is a well organized, communicative realtor who helped sell my home. He handled the staging, listing, and open house/private tours while I was out of State which was incredibly convenient. His strong understanding of the market enabled me to get top dollar with an incredibly fast closing date. I have worked with other realtors prior to my sale, but I don't think there is anyone that I would trust more than Adam moving forward.
