I went to their location on Elmhurst for a Women's Automotive Seminar, and they are clearly a transparent automotive place with good people working there. They want you to be informed on your car and feel comfortable talking to your auto mechanic about issues and options, with no pressure or inflated scare tactics to upsell you on things you don't need. Took my van in off a tow truck without a appointment and was back on the road 2 days later, excellent service
My dad and I have been loyal to a specific chain of auto repair shops for more than a decade, but I asked Adam to take a look at my vehicle, as a personal friend. He got me right in (would have been sooner if not for my crazy schedule) and checked it out right away. He was honest and thorough, and even went over everything with my dad as I am not knowledgeable about repairs. My car has never driven better, and my dad refuses to go anywhere else in the future. Very impressed! Quality work.
