I had an overall poor experience with Adam vacations after purchasing 2 tickets with them for me and my wife. Upon arriving at the airport I found that one of the tickets had been cancelled because Adam’s credit card hadn’t cleared. We notified Adam vacations and was told they would let us know what to do but because my wife’s flight was leaving I had to buy another ticket at the airport for twice the rate we had paid previously. I called Adam Travel three times asking about Umrah packages for solo travelers in January 2026. Each time, the same woman answered with loud background noise and told me to check the website — but the information wasn’t there. On the second call, she promised to email me details. It’s been two days, and I’ve heard nothing. She seemed rushed and uninterested in helping. If you’re planning a spiritual journey and need clear guidance, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Disappointing experience.
