I called Adam Travel three times asking about Umrah packages for solo travelers in January 2026. Each time, the same woman answered with loud background noise and told me to check the website — but the information wasn’t there. On the second call, she promised to email me details. It’s been two days, and I’ve heard nothing. She seemed rushed and uninterested in helping. If you’re planning a spiritual journey and need clear guidance, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Disappointing experience.
I booked through Adam travels and their services are excellent. Nabil the agent helped me through the whole process came to them with last minute bookings and he got me the date I was looking for with the airlines I wanted at competitive pricing. I travel with them and even during the covid pandemic they were very helpful at all times. They changed my tickets for free. When I was at the airport and they did not accept my covid test the agent Omar was very helpful and got me on the plane
