This office is so poorly run. It’s become so bureaucratic and frustrating. He was my 2nd PCP until he went administrative as well. You have to schedule your appointment a year out. Refills on medication take 7 days. If you’re actually sick you see a PA or RN you’ll not see your PCP.. I had Covid in 2020 and requested to do a tele-appointment with my PCP because i have MS.
