I don’t often write reviews since most of the time the individuals/business do a good job but are only doing what is required. However, when buying/selling a home the individuals you trust to represent you in this endeavor is probably one of the most important decisions you will ever make especially when your almost 80 years old. If you’re looking for an upfront and honest real estate agent, Adam is not your guy. We were selling our home and he represented the buyer. He was misleading and extremely unprofessional throughout the entire transaction with terrible communication. We were told everything was going to work out And that their buyer was all in with a backup plan if they couldn’t sell their home. Ultimately for them to back out on the purchase of our home NOT ONCE BUT TWICE.
Adam is awesome! He helped me find a home in Layton in 2018 and it was by far the easiest and best experience I’ve had buying a house because of his knowledge of the local area and professionalism! From his easy to navigate website to the closing table…class act! He’s a friend to this day and even helps me manage my rental in Layton. Highly recommend him as your realtor!
