Adam is awesome! He helped me find a home in Layton in 2018 and it was by far the easiest and best experience I’ve had buying a house because of his knowledge of the local area and professionalism! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He has been so great. He was able to talk the sellers into leaving a fridge, paying closing costs, & giving us a great home warranty. After the inspection, we wanted three things done and he talked the sellers into doing 4. After closing our loan, he left great “closing gifts” and has helped with giving us phone numbers for pest control, blinds, movers, and more. We would recommend Adam for any home purchase.
Adam and assistant Brittany were excellent help for selling our home in this highly charged seller's market. His strategy and plan was well thought out and the execution was relatively stress-free. We're still in shock as sellers after we received well-over our asking price, simply by sticking to the plan, creating the broad interest, then handling over 55 showings in 2 days(!) and receiving over 25 competitive offers.
