If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He has been so great. He was able to talk the sellers into leaving a fridge, paying closing costs, & giving us a great home warranty. After the inspection, we wanted three things done and he talked the sellers into doing 4. After closing our loan, he left great “closing gifts” and has helped with giving us phone numbers for pest control, blinds, movers, and more. We would recommend Adam for any home purchase.
Adam did a fantastic job selling our home. He was there every step on the way and was always available for any questions. Definitely would use Adam to sell a home again if we were in the same home market.
